ALM Partners and Figure Taloushallinto have entered into an agreement to transfer Figure’s regulatory reporting business to ALM Partners. The deal was announced on January 11, 2022 and the change will take effect on March 1, 2022. ALM Partners has long-term expertise in regulatory reporting, reporting data management, as well as a portfolio of regulatory reporting tools. Figure, on the other hand, will strengthen its focus on financial management services in the financial sector and their development.

ALM Partners and Figure have been cooperating for several years, and the cooperation will continue with strength in the future. As part of the business acquisition, 12 regulatory reporting experts will be transferred from Figure to ALM Partners. ALM Partners eagerly welcomes the new team members.

“ALM Partners is now expanding its banking and financial regulatory reporting as a comprehensive service. The transferring team of experts have very strong expertise that complement our service capability based on our modern regulatory reporting solutions. Aaro Mäkelä, CEO of ALM Partners, says.

Until the final completion of the transfer, the companies’ business and customer service will continue as before. The changes will not require any action from their customers and customers will be informed about the different stages of the process.

ALM Partners employs more than 100 financial experts and is headquartered in Helsinki, Jyväskylä and Stockholm.
